THiCK is a great new WordPress theme by WooThemes that focuses directly on giving bloggers what they need to make their ideal site. With all of the customization features that are so unique, you will be able to extremely easily make a personal site that doesn’t appear to be a clone like so many others. Couldn’t wait to get my hands on this theme and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
Unique Features of the Thick Theme
The unique features included with THiCK are what give it value. Here are some of the ones that I was quite excited about:
- A massive amount of different color schemes and styles, 20 in total, make it really easy to give your site a unique look and feel. This is extremely important for bloggers that want to ensure their blog looks different than others.
- The theme provides 3 spaces with widget capabilities as well as custom widgets, which will provide ultimate flexibility. This is great if you were disappointed in with the widget capabilities of other themes.
- Lifestream integration is something that is always an added bonus for publishing your online activities.
- Two-header layout is also something that isn’t always included with many similar themes and makes THiCK much more desirable.

All of the standard features that you have definitely utilized in the past with other themes are also included with THiCK. Some of these include the following:
- Creating thumbnails and featured images quickly you will love the Automatic Image Resizer.
- Integrated Theme Options for WordPress to customize color schemes and page layout will let you take the customization of your site even further and make it look exactly how you want it.
- Built-in gravatar support for comments and authors are always nice to have.
- Sideblog/asides feature.
- Integrated Banner Management scripts allow you to quickly and easily take advantage of displaying randomized ads throughout your site, which can be quite frustrating without this feature.

WooThemes has quickly become one of the most popular suppliers of themes and after reviewing THiCK I can tell why. The fact of the matter is that it has never been more apparent than with this theme that the features included are truly everything you need to build a great looking blog site.
Many people that are looking for a blogging theme are not generally looking for all that much. However once you get to learn your way around THiCK you will quickly realize everything that your blog was missing previously. If I were to pick a theme today to use for my personal blog, it would definitely be THiCK. This is why cant help myself when asked to recommend a blog theme to quickly tell them to just stop looking and get THiCK.
